..and it is a Pannonia 250. It is a non runner but a complete bike. I am not certain how Mark came about thia one so please post if you can help me out.
Mark bought this in the UK. He told me he thought it was part of a batch imported into the UK. Not sure whether its a TLF ( if its pre 1961) or a T1 (if 61 or after) Should have a typenschild on it somewhere, think its on the headstock.
Just looked at one of MARKs photoalbums on FB and he had put this caption "Pannonia T1 250cc, a Hungarian bike imported in small numbers in 1964. I wonder if there are any other survivors from this batch....
In a triumph of styling, the rear light is styled on the nose of a MIG jet fighter or similar, from a few feet away it looks like a knob...."
And looking again it has a Uk number plate on the front mudguard
